Premiere for Amarcord Vienna ring tower

On Tuesday night, the 5. March 2019, the event series „art in the tower,“ dedicated to rousing classical music-art.

Invited Vienna (OTS) – Dr. Günter Geyer, Chairman of Wiener Städtische versicherungsverein, a rush concert evening with the Amarcord Wien in the 20. Floor of the ring tower. Behind this unique musical Formation of four exceptional artists, the delight for nearly two decades, far beyond the borders of Austria, the audience and critics:
Violinist Sebastian Gürtler, Cellist Michael Williams, Bassist Gerhard Muthspiel and Tommaso Huber on accordion. Also, the visitors of yesterday’s „art in the tower“-event paid tribute to the spirited presentation of the extraordinary ensemble with thunderous applause.

Guests from politics and culture followed the invitation of the Wiener Städtische insurance Association, among others, Dr. Peter Fichtenbauer (people’s advocate of the Republic of Austria), Dr. Nikolaus Krasa (vicar General of the Archdiocese of Vienna, Austria), Dr. Johanna Rachinger (Director General of the Austrian national library), Dr. Elisabeth Leopold (Leopold Museum), Dr. Christian Strasser, MBA (Director of the Museumsquartier Wien), Dr. Louis Norman-Audenhove (General Secretary of the VVO – Association of Austrian insurance companies), and emer. Univ.-Prof. DDr. Wolfgang Graninger (Infection).

Following the concert, the guests tasted Flying Dinner and evening views of Vienna top wines from Bioweingut White Gols from the wine-growing region of lake Neusiedl – Seewinkel.
