NOVOMATIC: 60 percent of women in the Supervisory Board

At NOVOMATIC, the women’s quota is well above the industry average.

Gumpoldskirchen, Austria (OTS) – since 108 years, the world has celebrated women’s day for the first time. At the time it came to equality, the right to vote for women, and the emancipation of workers.

„In NOVOMATIC a few women in top positions. With Birgit Wimmer, a woman stands at the top of the holding companies of NOVOMATIC founder and owner Prof. Johann F. Graf. As a Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Holding company NOVO SWISS AG Birgit Wimmer for international investments with approximately 5,000 employees in more than 10 countries. In addition, she is responsible as managing Director of Novo Invest GmbH registered in Austria with substantial holdings of the NOVOMATIC group.

With Monika Racek a woman in the management team of the major domestic and NOVOMATIC subsidiary ADMIRAL Casinos & Entertainment AG since 2011. Since 2016, it draws as Chairman of the Board, the fortunes of the domestic gambling provider. The ADMIRAL Casinos & Entertainment AG, with around 43 per cent of all employees are female.
